Terms of Service

1. Technical Consultancy and Implementer Status

Tru Path Marketing acts as a technical consultancy and implementer. We develop tools and provide services that allow businesses to manage and optimize their digital presence. We do not own the content you display. You maintain full ownership and control of your content.

2. Access and Permissions

To provide our services, you may need to grant Tru Path Marketing access to your necessary accounts via official APIs or other secure methods. We only request the minimum permissions required to provide our services. We will never post on your behalf without permission, read private messages, or modify your account settings without authorization.

3. User Responsibilities & Content

Clients must have explicit permission to connect the accounts they connect. You are fully responsible for the content you display via our tools and services, ensuring it complies with all applicable laws and third-party terms of service.

While we do our best to conform to rules and regulations such as the ADA (American Disabilities Act), we do not guarantee compliance, and we suggest each client consult with a professional attorney to receive legal advice on how to comply with all such laws. You hereby accept and indemnify us from any and all legal liability in regards to ADA and any other legal liabilities which may arise as a result of your digital presence.

4. Third-Party Platforms, Services, and APIs

Tru Path Marketing depends on third-party platforms and APIs. Services may stop updating or functioning if access tokens expire, if you change your password, or if platform access policies change. We are not responsible for downtime caused by these third-party platforms.

Tru Path Marketing uses third-party services which may or may not conform to Google's terms of service. Backlinking in general is not an approved Google service or Google practice. While it is performed by many SEO agencies, client understands that creating backlinks is not allowed.

However, client indemnifies Tru Path Marketing for its backlinking services, as well as any other digital marketing services or practices performed by Tru Path Marketing, its employees, and/or any independent contractors used by Tru Path Marketing.

5. Fees and Billing

Our services are billed on a subscription basis or as agreed upon in your service agreement. You agree to pay all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. All subscription services are on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled at any time.

6. Suspension and Termination

Tru Path Marketing may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you misuse the service or breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
