Our Approach to Facebook Ads

Before running your ads, we will research which of your competitors are runnin ads

You can study which ads are successful by viewing how long they've been running for. The principal is very simple, if a business has been paying to run ads for months and months, you can be pretty sure that the ad is generating ROI.

1. What is your offer, what are your creatives?

Facebook ads are not always consistent. Sometimes, you change your ads, your targeting, and your creatives repeatedly only to scrap the whole adset. However, the best way to ensure a successful campaign is to have a good offer, it's that simple.

The Two Factors That Make or Break Your Facebook Ads

You can have perfect audience targeting, an optimized campaign structure, and a generous budget—but none of it matters if your offer falls flat or your creatives don't stop the scroll. The truth is, successful Facebook advertising comes down to two fundamentals: a compelling offer and attention-grabbing creative. Your offer answers the question every prospect asks: "Why should I care right now?" If what you're putting in front of people doesn't solve a real problem, deliver clear value, or create genuine urgency, no amount of ad spend will save the campaign. The creative is your first impression—and on a platform where users scroll past hundreds of posts daily, you have less than two seconds to earn their attention. Static images, videos, carousels—whatever format you choose, the creative must disrupt the scroll and make people want to learn more. When you nail both elements, everything else amplifies. When you miss on either one, you're just paying to be ignored.

Two Med Spas, Same Service, One Failed, The Other Succeeded. WHY?

Consider two med spas in Los Angeles, both promoting non-surgical rhinoplasty—the increasingly popular "liquid nose job" using dermal fillers to reshape the nose without going under the knife. Both targeted the same audience: women aged 25-44 interested in aesthetics, beauty treatments, and cosmetic enhancements. Both launched Facebook campaigns with similar monthly budgets around $4,000. After eight weeks, one med spa had booked 63 consultations at $58 per lead, with a strong percentage converting to $800+ treatments. The other generated just 14 consultations at $285 per lead, and half of those no-showed. Same service, same city, same audience. Drastically different outcomes.

The difference came down to offer and creative.

The Med Spa That Struggled?

The struggling med spa took a more generic approach. Their offer was $150 off non-surgical rhinoplasty—a discount that sounds appealing until you realize it barely moves the needle on an $800-$1,200 treatment. For someone already nervous about having needles near their face, a modest discount doesn't overcome the fear or uncertainty. The offer gave no preview, no risk reversal, no reason to act now versus next month. It asked prospects to commit to a procedure without addressing the emotional barriers standing in the way. Point is, the initial offer isn't just about price. Groupon does that. Facebook ads are about 'interruption advertising'. Offer something they might want, in a way they can't lose, and make it urgent.

Their creative made things worse. They used stock imagery of flawless models with perfectly sculpted features—faces that looked professionally retouched and completely unattainable- a lot of the Beverly Hills plastic surgeons use this methodology, and their conversions are quite low. The visuals felt cold, clinical, and impersonal. There were no real patients, no transformation stories, no proof that this specific med spa could deliver results. Every competing aesthetics business on Facebook runs the same polished, generic imagery. Nothing about the ads gave prospects a reason to believe, trust, or stop scrolling.

The client wants to know you're a qualified practicioner, of course. But being "triple board" certified is losing it's cache, and possibly working against you. It's better to be direct, answer real questions not generic FAQ's, and show you care...

Why This Matters For Any Business...

This pattern repeats across every industry we work with. The businesses that win on Facebook understand that attention is the first currency, and trust is the second. A strong offer lowers the barrier and speaks directly to what prospects actually worry about. Strong creative earns attention by showing real proof and making the outcome feel achievable.

Before investing another dollar in Facebook ads, ask yourself honestly: Does my offer make taking action feel easy and risk-free? Would my creative make someone stop mid-scroll and think "that could be me"? If you can't answer yes to both, you've identified exactly where your campaign is leaking money.
